In my two decades across motion graphics, TV branding, VFX, film and commercial production, I've developed a nose-to-tail understanding of the industry - from initial concept to final delivery.  With an intuitive multidisciplinary approach, I'm equally at home in 2D or 3D, combining CGI, graphics and live action depending on the project requirements.
I strive to deliver work that considers narrative, knows when to communicate clearly or when to inject a bit of fun. For me, the process and culture are as vital as the results. I'm at my best when part of a team, bouncing ideas around, learning something new, and making something we're proud to share.
History
I started my career as a Flash animator, then moved into film and video after discovering After Effects (I'm not saying which version). As home computers became more powerful, my fascination with CGI grew alongside the hardware and professional tools that evolved to make it possible.
I learned the basics of professional compositing at Jim Henson's Creature Shop before the London branch sadly closed. Next, I joined AVANTI Screenmedia, working on commercial and research‑based projects that tested the impact of digital outdoor advertising.
Television followed, and I spent nearly a decade at RED BEE Creative. Here I developed my understanding of TV production, creating promos, trailers, and channel branding for the BBC, UKTV Networks, and other international TV networks.
Since 2018, I've worked as a Freelance Motion Designer, collaborating with studios and direct clients. My projects include work for MTV, BBC Studios, BBC Creative, ITV Creative, UKTV, Warner Bros Discovery, John Lewis, and Siemens, plus several other high‑profile brands that prefer to keep a low profile.
